A huge congrats is in order! Will & Grace's Sean Hayes is engaged to his longtime partner Scott Icenogle. Although they didn't officially announce the news themselves, Hayes' rep confirmed it to E! after he was spotted with a ring on his finger during a recent interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. While we're just finding this out, his rep says, "Sean Hayes and Scott Icenogle have been together for eight years. They are not yet married but they have been engaged for quite some time." Either way, it's still exciting! Most us know Hayes for his role as Jack McFarland on W&G or his current role on the CBS's comedy The Millers , but Icenogle is actually famous in his own right too. Admittedly, I didn't know this either, but after some digging discovered he's got a really awesome career in the music industry. Let's investigate!

Apparently Icenogle got his start back in 2005. He's worked on music with pop artists including Christina Aguilera ("Ain't No Other Man"), Madonna and Justin Timberlake ("4 Minutes" — remember that song?!), and Katy Perry ("California Girls" and "I Kissed A Girl"). He's even worked on music for Beyoncé (!!!) so that automatically makes him a pretty ***flawless individual. Oh, and having more than 35 number-one hits on the Billboard charts doesn't hurt his reputation either! This actually is awesome news, since he can make music for the shows Hayes acts on. Is that a perfect match or what?
