For decades, The Disney Channel has been the launching pad for young actor/singers' careers: Hannah Montana was only the beginning for Miley Cyrus; after Wizards of Waverly PlaceSelena Gomez doubled down on recording musicLizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff would go on to make many beloved movies and many beloved songsseveral members of The Mickey Mouse Club became some of the biggest celebrities of their generation. But one of my favorite Disney Channel stars hails from The Suite Life of Zach & Cody and the High School Musical franchise. I am, but of course, talking about Sharpay Evans. The one and only Ashley Tisdale.

In 2007, just one year after HSMfans met and fell in love with Sharpay for the first time, the Tiz dropped debut album Headstrong. The terrific album boasts several pop bangers, but the standout is “He Said, She Said". No question about it. Given that that the song was Headstrong's biggest hit, my assertion isn't exactly a hot take, but it is the truth. To this day, if I hear that tinny organ intro play over the P.A. system at a grocery store, I have to resist every urge to stomp it out up and down the aisles. (No joke, I've heard "He Said, She Said" at least three times while browsing Trader Joe's cookie selection. It's as if DJ TJ is testing me.)

The music video for "He Said, She Said" tells a story about a young woman who develops a crush on a young man the instant her hand grazes his hand. She snaps a photo of him with her camera phone. And then, she proceeds to dance out her feelings. It’s fantastic. Dare I say, it is underrated. What do I mean by that, exactly? Well, it didn’t receive the accolades or acclaim it deserves. (Which accolades do I believe this music video deserves, exactly? ALL OF THEM. GIVE THIS VIDEO ALL OF THE TROPHIES.)

Here are 14 moments that illustrate just how exceptional this music video is:

When the Tiz serves up some miniblind realness

Heeeeeeey, Tiz!

When Tiz's nameplate necklace + waves combo first appears onscreen

Just wiping the floor with all of us.

When this sensual hand graze moment happens

Check out that flawless French manicure.

When the Tiz oh-so casually snaps a pic of a stranger with her phone

Can't stop admiring that flawless French mani.

And when the stranger gets right to cheesin'

Er, he doesn't exactly cheese. It's more of a smolder.

When the Tiz takes wall dancing to an entirely new level

Just striking all of the poses.

When the Tiz hits us with another slammin' look

Hair lookin' sleek as all get-out.

When the Tiz reveals what's going on with the back of that vest

Well, well, well. What have we here! What a sassy vest.

When the Tiz sends this perfect text message

And yes, that is an LG Chocolate slider cell phone. *~MeMoRiEs~*

Any time the Tiz does choreo that matches the lyrics

The "He said, she said" pointing is A+++++.

When the Tiz sings at a mirror hanging in a bar bathroom

We've all been there.

When the Tiz spritzes herself with Lacoste fragrance A Touch of Pink

The thought of carrying a giant glass bottle of perfume in my purse gives me so much anxiety.

When the Tiz hits us with yet another slammin' look

Wham, bam, thank you, ma'am.

When we realize just how slammin' this dress is

We are not worthy.
