7 Things We Need To See In The 'Full House' Movie

by Maitri Suhas

What a time to be alive! We haven't even had ample time to recover from the news that Netflix is rebooting Full House with Fuller House (or what should have been Full House 2: Electric Bugaloo), and now Lifetime is making The Unauthorized Full House Story. Naturally we immediately flashback to the disaster that was The Unauthorized Saved By The Bell Story, which was the flop to end all flops, in my opinion. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the unauthorized story "will look at the rise of the cast — including John Stamos, Bob Saget and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen — and explore the pressure they faced to balance idyllic family life on the show with the more complicated reality of their own lives outside the series. Additionally, it will look at the warm bond that grew between the cast as the show became one of America's most beloved family sitcoms. "

Dang, sounds heavy and I'm lovin' it. I never thought I would say this, but I have a lot of questions about what allegedly went down behind the scenes when the sitcom was filming from 1987 to 1995. If they're going to go whole-hog and give us alleged details about the entire cast, they have a lot more creative freedom than Fuller House whose cast still doesn't have the Olsens or Bob Saget on board yet. I want the juicy gossip only Danny Tanner can give me! Here's what we want to see in the unauthorized treatment.

Gia Mahan

Gia was so cool. Yes, she was totally a bad influence on Stephanie Tanner, making her smoke cigarettes in the bathroom and wear off-the-shoulder crop tops, but Gia eventually got her act together. So what was the young and beautiful Marla Solokoff, who played Gia, like? Was she also a baddie? Did she and Jodi Sweetin have an on-set rivalry and/or confusing young romance?

The Beach Boys

Why the hell were the Beach Boys always around, though?

Kirk Cameron

I want to know if Candice Cameron's (DJ Tanner's) IRL brother, Kirk Cameron, was showing any signs of getting all evangelical way back when. Granted, he was still in his teen heartthrob phase on Growing Pains but maybe there was already some Left Behind brewing in him.

The Twins

Somebody's gotta ask the question: Were Mary Kate and Ashley's identities stunted or compromised by constantly having to live one life as two people?

The Car Episode

THE CAR EPISODE. From the production value alone, this must be the centerpiece of the movie, right?

Bob Saget

He may have been playing the most wholesome man on TV while also hosting the most wholesome chuckler program, America's Funniest Home Videos, but I wanna know what he was like behind the scenes!

The Cute One

Who was hottie Steve Hale (played by Scott Weinger) hooking up with on the set? Random, but fun fact: did you know that he was the voice of cartoon cutie Aladdin?

We can't wait for all the unauthorized House goods!
