'Mad Max' Star Courtney Eaton Should Be Your Newest Style Crush, If She Isn't Already
Now, full disclosure: I haven't seen Mad Max: Fury Road yet (even though it's a veritable feminist masterpiece and looks completely insane in the best way possible) — but I have been thoroughly enjoying its press tour, and all of the beautiful gowns it entails. Now, with a cast including proven red carpet pros like Charlize Theron, Zoe Kravitz (I'm still not over the Dior number she wore to the premiere of Insurgent, by the way), and Rosie Huntington-Whitely, it makes sense that each cast appearance has had an unusually high glam-factor.
And you know who's managed to stand out, even amongst the aforementioned fashionistas? Courtney Eaton. She's an up and coming actress from Australia... and I think she might just be my newest style crush.
Eaton stars as Cheedo the Fragile, and Mad Max is her first major film. Even so, she's been pulling out all the stops at her various red carpet appearances, in top designers and covetably gorgeous gowns. She stunned in sequined white Michael Kors at the premiere of Mad Max: Fury Road, and basically lived out the definition of the phrase "squad goals" at this year's Met Gala. So, with that in mind, let's take a look at some of her best outfits!
1. At the FIAT Young Hollywood Celebration
That is one tricky print, and Eaton is pulling it off with aplomb to spare.
2. At the Chanel and Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Dinner
Looks like she can look equally stylish in classic Chanel (with a matching classic red lip).
3. At the Chanel Metiers d'Art Collection in New York City
Ooh, more Chanel realness — are we seeing a future Karl Lagerfeld muse in the making?
4. At the 2015 Met Gala
Looks like Eaton, Brie Larson, and Annabelle Wallis are something of a Dolce & Gabbana dream team...
5. At the Premiere of Mad Max: Fury Road
Nothing short of stunning.
6. At the Cannes Screening of Mad Max: Fury Road
I'm loving the edgier look she's rocking here...
7. At a Celebration for The Art of Behind the Scenes
... But she can totally pull of country club-esque style as well.
What do you think? I'm definitely excited to see more of Ms. Eaton's red carpet outings as her film career continues to take off.
