The Pucci Selfie Stick Dress Is Millennial Madness At Its Best, And It's Genius

The selfie stick has made it into the hands of twenty-somethings all over the world, so it was only time that it made its was into fashion. The Pucci selfie stick dress for new creative director Massimo Giorgetti's first capsule collection sneakily brings printed selfie sticks straight into your wardrobe, and it's kind of awesome. People laughed when Kim Kardashian came out with her selfie book, but she just might have been more fashion forward than most humans thought.

According to Racked, Giorgetti has gone in a completely different direction with the culturally relevant new print. On a nude backdrop, the print depicts people taking photos of themselves, so naturally the modern interpretation of photography had to include the selfie stick. Maybe Pucci is going to be more fashion forward than ever before.

The print comes with a Florence city scene featuring the Duomo and the Piazza della Signoria, which are two of the more luxurious selfie stick sighting spots in the world. According to the New York Times, the modern print was showed with other prints from the labels archives, but the quirky design definitely stole the show. Designer Emilio Pucci's daughter Laudomia Pucci told the Times, "I can't stop laughing when I see it." And I'm right there with ya, Laudomia.

I'm just disappointed that the photographer didn't bust out a selfie stick for the shoot, too.
