Why Did Brandi Glanville Diss 'Real Housewives'?

by Kenya Foy

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville may as well still be a full-time cast member, because she’s determined to make waves with her old costars whether she’s on or off the show. During an interview with Howard Stern, Brandi Glanville dissed her Real Housewives co-stars — except for Kim Richards and Yolanda Foster — and called them an expletive for allegedly fueling the rumors about her being fired by Bravo.

As for why she chose such colorful language to describe her former co-stars, Glanville told Stern, "They are. Because they're saying I got fired, I'm in the process of moving, trying to rent a house for my two children, and no one will rent to me because they don't think I have a job. They're like, 'Are you sure you're not fired?' I'm like, 'I have 10 other jobs, I have a new show that I'm gonna be doing that I can't talk about yet, and a development deal with a really big network. So I have jobs, and I wasn't fired from the Housewives.'"

To her credit, Glanville did admit to engaging in behavior that elicited a ton of social media backlash — like the time she slapped Lisa Vanderpump, and when she threw wine in Eileen Davidson's face. Honestly, though, her latest round of insult-hurling further demonstrates that she was way too volatile to continue on RHOBH. Don't get me wrong — I’m here for all the drama that doesn’t involve unprovoked physical attacks. But, that said, I have to admit that watching Glanville in action was downright scary at times. In fact, her antics have placed her on a list of volatile Housewives who tend to take the drama to an unnecessarily frightening level:

1. Tamra Judge, Real Housewives Of Orange County

I realize Jeana Keough crossed a line in interfering with Judge's divorce, but this aggressive act was way over the top.

2. Teresa Giudice, Real Housewives Of New Jersey

Honestly, Giudice brought the scary right out the gate. She closed out Season 1 of RHONJ by executing the most famous table flip in history. Her antics became even more daring when she shoved Andy Cohen. Anyone who has the balls to push their boss puts the "c" in cuh-razy.

3. Danielle Staub, Real Housewives Of New Jersey

Staub wasn't that overt, aggressive type of scary, but her death stares and generally wacky behavior were still spine-chilling. Combine that with details from dark past and you have a recipe for quite the terrifying housewife.

4. Porsha Williams, Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Williams was relatively harmless up until she attacked Kenya Moore during the RHOA reunion.

5. Adriana De Moura, Real Housewives Of Miami

Just because the Miami housewives are no longer a part of the current Bravo-lebrity lineup doesn’t mean they didn’t have their share of volatile moments. When Adriana De Moura punched Joanna Krupa during a benefit, it was a clear example of a housewife gone rogue.

6. Ramona Singer, Real Housewives Of New York

Singer may love her Pinot Grigio and "turtle time," but when she's not guzzling wine or having fun in her own little world, she tends to be scary and unpredictable, like when she threw a wine glass at Kristin Takeman.

7. NeNe Leakes, Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Although Leakes' seven-season RHOA run has officially come to an end, I won't soon forget her share of "hold me back" moments that can be traced all the way back to the show's first reunion where she launched a nonstop attack on Kim Zolciak and her wigs.
