When she was a teen, the Starstruck creator, writer, and star merely had a crush on Franz Ferdinand. More than a decade later, she’d meet him in person and develop a friendship after joking about her teenage obsession with him in her standup show, Horndog. He’d even attend her 30th birthday party.
