Every spring, I look forward to spending that special Sunday afternoon laughing with loved ones, searching for hidden eggs with the kids, and pigging out on the best candies you can only get at Easter. While it's true I do love the Easter holiday itself, I would be lying if I didn't say part of me prefers the day after instead.
