Bustle's Most Wanted: Drybar Triple Sec 3-In-1 Spray

When it comes to beauty products, I would describe myself as relatively low-maintenance. The extent of my morning makeup routine consists of applying mascara, moisturizer, and foundation. But beyond my face, there's one product I'm obsessed with: Drybar's Triple Sec 3-in-1. Not only does it act as a dry shampoo, but it adds volume and texture. And on top of that, it smells like a dream with its fresh, beachy scent. While Triple Sec 3-in-1 launched back in August 2014, it still holds a place as one of my "forever favorite" beauty products. I'm hooked, no matter how many dry shampoos come and go.

I first discovered the product — and Drybar in general — when a friend invited me to get a blowout last year. Considering I'm one of those people who almost immediately hates any haircut (my sincerest apologies to my past hairdressers), I was skeptical. A little nervous, even. But since no scissors were involved, I ultimately decided — ehh, why not?

At Drybar, they worked their magic. With their wands (of the curling variety) and round brushes, they turned my limp, spaghetti locks into a voluminous lion's mane. (OK, not quite, but that's how fierce it felt.) Not to mention that having someone else shampoo and scrub my hair, instead of doing it myself, was surprisingly relaxing. Basically, I became a believer.

While I don't have the flexibility in my bank account to splurge on a blowout all the time, I did wind up getting my own curling wand for Christmas. I have long, straight hair that I always believed wasn't capable of curling, considering several failed attempts in the past. Drybar's Triple Sec spray lets me create waves that are almost as perfect all on my own. And even when I don't feel like putting in extra effort to curl it, it adds a refreshing upgrade to my straight hair.

Plus, if you couldn't tell from my bare minimum morning routine, I sometimes skip washing my hair to save time. That means a spritz of this spray really can save the day. If you want to add a hidden gem to your own lazy girl routine, I can't recommend it enough. I'll never stray from my Triple Sec spray.
