Earlier this week, the trial for Taylor Swift's countersuit against David Mueller began in Denver, Colorado. And, over the last few days, celebrities have been tweeting their support. In the case, Swift alleges that Mueller lifted her skirt with his hands and grabbed her bare bottom while they were taking a photo during a 2013 meet-and-greet. Mueller, a former radio DJ, denies her claims and seeks $3 million in damages, claiming that her accusations got him fired. He initially sued her in 2015, and she countered soon after, seeking $1 because she wants the case to serve "as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts," according to The Washington Post.

Swift reiterated her allegations after taking the stand on Thursday, asserting that it was "completely intentional" and she has "never been so sure of anything in [her] life.” Mueller maintained his innocence, explaining at various points that he only touched her "rib cage" and that a colleague was probably the one who groped her, as NBC News reported. But whatever the outcome of the trial, stars are standing behind Swift.
