The moment fans of the Kardashian family have all been waiting for has finally arrived. Khloé Kardashian confirmed her pregnancy on Wednesday, Dec. 15 in a loving Instagram post. But did Khloé confirm Kylie Jenner's rumored pregnancy in the same post? Not quite — the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star dedicated a healthy chunk of the post to her boyfriend, NBA star Tristan Thompson, but unfortunately for some fans, didn't say much about her younger sister, Kylie. However, it could be a hint that her own announcement is on the way.

It was reported in September that both Khloé and Kylie are expecting their first children, but neither of the sisters had confirmed the news until now. Speculations that the famous family members were waiting to announce their pregnancies on an episode of KUWTK, or even the annual Kardashian Christmas card made their rounds recently, only to be debunked by Khloé's social media post.

In a November appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim Kardashian was asked about her sisters' pregnancies, but made it clear that both stars would confirm or deny the rumors on their own timing. It may not be time for Kylie to speak out about her pregnancy just yet, but Khloé definitely seized the moment to confirm hers, and just in time for the holidays.

According to Khloé's post, waiting to confirm her pregnancy was extremely intentional. The soon-to-be-mom wanted to keep the news between close friends and family for as long as possible, before announcing it to everyone else. And seeing as the reality star is used to having her life be an open book, her deciding to hold on to this tidbit of information, for as long as possible, it makes sense. She wrote,

"I know we've been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us ❤ Thank you all for understanding."

Fans had suspected it was only a matter of time before the many reports surrounding Khloé's pregnancy would be proven true. With tons of eyes following her every move, someone was bound to take a paparazzi shot of the socialite's baby bump sooner than later. Hey, even Khloé slipped up, and found herself giving fans an ultimate, yet subtle pregnancy clue: a Snapchat selfie, with a U-shaped pillow reflecting off her sunglasses.

Now, with Khloé's pregnancy confirmed, fans will most certainly be on edge for Kylie to confirm her pregnancy rumors as soon as possible. People reported in September that since Kylie and Khloé have been sharing a lot of their pregnancy journeys together, it was important for them to respect each other's boundaries, being careful not to intrude on each other's key moments throughout. The Kardashian-Jenner clan is known for being extremely loyal to, as well as supportive of, one another. So, it's safe to bet that Kylie will hold off on sharing about her own pregnancy experience for a little while longer, to give Khloé some time to celebrate her news in the public eye separately. Either way, it's totally her decision when and if to share the news, if she is indeed pregnant.

Khloé taking control of her pregnancy announcement was obviously super important to the star, and what better way to do so than to share about it on her personal social media page? As for Kylie, it wouldn't be much of a surprise for the youngest Jenner sibling to do the same. But, seeing as the Kardashian-Jenners are pretty much experts at this whole publicity thing, it also would make a lot of sense for Jenner to choose another outlet to bask in her pregnancy news.

It's also being reported by People that Kylie is due around February 2018, so waiting to confirm her pregnancy until the baby arrives could also be on the table. And honestly, the move just screams "Kardashian-Jenner." Internet-breaking, and no one would ever see it coming.
