Bustle's Editors On Halloween + New Emojis
Happy Halloween, everyone! Today is a day for dressing up, watching movies, and eating way too much candy, so hopefully you're enjoying the holiday in all its glorious spookiness. And if Halloween just isn't your thing, don't worry, it'll be over soon — November is right around the corner.
So, without further ado, let's recap all the news and events that had Bustle's editors talking this Halloween, aka Tuesday, Oct. 31:
Halloween + Celebs
One of the best parts of Halloween (other than all the candy, of course) is checking out everyone else's looks, and this year, there were so many good celebrity costumes worth seeing. Unsurprisingly, Neil Patrick Harris and his family stole the show in their group costume, but take a look at this roundup of celeb Halloween costumes to see how the rest of Hollywood handled the spooky holiday.

Kevin Spacey + New Updates
After Anthony Rapp alleged on Sunday night that Kevin Spacey made unwanted sexual advances towards him, the outcry has been massive. In addition to many famous folks condemning Spacey for his alleged actions (and controversial statement in response), Netflix has shut down production on House of Cards Season 6. Reportedly, spinoffs are being considered, but for now, at least, you can say goodbye to Frank Underwood and pals.
Book Recs: These nine new celebrity memoirs out this year are must-reads if you love great writing + Hollywood gossip.
Emojis + Your Phone
On Tuesday, Apple released the new emojis that come with the latest iOS 11.1 update, and they are good. Everything from a Chinese food take-out box to a zombie to a trench coat to a hedgehog is in this new collection, and you're going to want to use them all ASAP. Happy emoji-ing!

Fashion + What You Never Wear
Everyone has that piece of clothing you know you're never going to wear, but just can't bear to part with. It's OK — we get it. But that item shouldn't just stay in your closet gathering dust, so take inspiration from this post, in which Bustle Editor Gabrielle Prescod styled four women in pieces they love, but can't seem to figure out how to wear.
OMG: Ilana Glazer and Phoebe Robinson have a clothing line, and it's so, so good.
Today's WTF Moment: People are painting eyes on their lips and the result is crazy.
What to Watch: Is there anything better than a Halloween-themed episode of This is Us on NBC at 9? I think not.
