You Can Now See Who Likes You On Tinder

As you probably know, dating apps are constantly adding new features. Now, Tinder has launched Tinder Gold, a new members-only service where you can see who likes you before swiping right on them, among other features. Tinder's calling it a "first-class swipe experience," and you can see why. Also, as you know, Tinder can be addictive AF, so the more filtering options, the better, right?! It also includes other exclusive features: Passport, Rewind, Unlimited Likes, five Super Likes per day, one Boost per month, and more profile controls. As I mentioned, with the all-new Likes You feature, you'll see who likes you before you swipe. Sneaky, huh?!

However, also super cool, as it'll be nice to see who swiped right on you before you swipe right on them. It's an added perk that they're already into you. Plus, then if you swipe right on someone who's already swiped right on you, you can begin messaging your new Tinder matches right away. No more waiting! And, I don't know about you, but with waiting, some matches get lost in the mix. So hopefully Tinder Gold will help solve this forgetting-about-new-matches issue. Bustle reached out to Tinder about the new feature, but they declined to comment.

When Will It Be Available?

Tinder Gold will begin testing in Argentina, Australia, Canada, and Mexico in the coming days, Tinder says on their blog. They also hope to roll it out to all users soon. Hope so! Fingers crossed it'll be available in the U.S. sooner rather than later!

How It Works

With Tinder's new feature, you'll see your likes at the top of your match list. Then, from your Likes You grid, you can auto-match, dismiss, or click into each person's profile, so you'll get the DL on them just like that. Also, look for a gold heart with three stripes next to names of people who have already swiped right on you.

"Tinder Gold members are interested in taking advantage of all the features Tinder has to offer," Brian Norgard, Chief Product Officer at Tinder, told TechCrunch. "They're using the app to meet new people, and Likes You makes that easier and more efficient than ever by letting users know when someone is interested. Likes You builds on previous features like Boost to help users optimize their time — and go from matching in app to getting together in the real world." And getting together IRL is what it's all about, right?

How Much Will It Cost?

Though there is no set price point yet, Tinder will test various amounts, according to TechCrunch, and see what works best for users. However, if you're already a Tinder Plus member, it'll be a small additional fee for this new bonus. And, as per usual, if you subscribe for more months at once, it'll help keep the cost down — whatever the cost will be, that is.

Final Thoughts

OK, here's hoping that Tinder Gold will launch to everybody's profiles soon. Meanwhile, you can always update your profile and photos to make them as right-swipe-worthy as can be!
