Willow Smith's Marc Jacobs Ad Is Perfection

by Lauren Turner

There are some people that are just born with the ability to move between mediums with ease, and Willow Smith's new Marc Jacobs ad proves that her strong family genes are going to take her far. Not only is she the daughter of the dynamic duo that is Will and Jada, but she's also a sartorialist of sorts, experimenting with looks that many of us would be afraid to try. I don't know about you, but to me, that's what really makes someone fashionable.

After announcing that the one and only Cher would be taking part in their upcoming fall/winter campaigns, Marc Jacobs made our day by posting the first of Smith's campaign on Instagram. "Beauty, style and talent know no age," Jacobs captioned. And much in the dark and stormy style that is Smith, the ad featured the 14-year-old wearing little black gloves, a sequined-blazer dress, and a pair of chunky Mary Janes (with strappy ties). But don't get hung up on the fact that she's wearing sequins, because it's done in a surprising masculine way. I honestly think it's because of the tie and what looks like a extra long black belt, both of which I love.

Though, I can't decide what part of this I like best. From the fact that she's only 14 to the continued takeover that her and Jaden are putting into action, I couldn't be more thrilled for her. You better werk!
