Have Austin and Liz Hooked Up Yet?

With Austin falling hard for Liz in the most recent weeks in the Big Brother house, the questions about Shelli and Clay’s showmance have shifted entirely. No longer are people wondering if Clay and Shelli are hooking. Nope. Those two are old news. Now everyone is dying to know how far Austin and Liz have taken their blossoming showmance. And I don’t blame them. I’m dying to know: Did all of that foot rubbing in the hot tub lead to more? Have they been doing dirty things beneath the sheets when they sleep in bed together? And, more importantly, did the romantic dinner for two in the HoH room pay off for hopelessly romantic Austin?

As much as I love it when Big Brother gets dirty, I’m sorry to report that there hasn’t been any hooking up between the two of them… YET. Sure there are theories that things are happening outside of the view of the cameras, but given Big Brother’s history with showing all the nitty gritty that goes on in the house (remember when Ryan had sex for, like, 50 seconds and you could hear the whole thing??), I’m sure they wouldn’t hide it if something physical had happened between Austin and Liz. In fact, it would probably be the talk of the Big Brother town if something had. But until we get word otherwise (i.e. until Twitter explodes with sound bites and video clips of the two of them GETTING IT ON), we’re all just going to have to hold our breaths until something a little juicier happens.

Me, personally? I’m kinda hoping it doesn’t go down at all. I know, I know. Shame on me for wishing against a showmance. It’s really not my style at all, but, honestly, ever since Austin has been getting kind of creepy with his feelings for Liz—losing sight of the game and getting super jealous when she’s spotted talking to other guys—I’m now rooting for both of the girls to give up their guys and work together to take it all the way to the end. That’s right: let the girls ditch their respective showmances at the door and form an ultra-awesome power alliance.

Until that happens, I’m totally digging on Liz’s game of flirting her little head off to stay in control of Austin. And I know what you’re thinking: Isn’t that a major double standard? Maybe. But we ladies have about twenty centuries of oppression to make up for, thankyouverymuch. In the meantime, let Liz use this guy to further her game. I’m all for it.
