Kim K Threw Chrissy Teigen The Coolest Baby Shower

The Kardashian-West household got a little more fabulous on Saturday, when Kim Kardashian threw BFF Chrissy Teigen a baby shower at her Bel-Air mansion. As the stars' photos and Snapchats show, guests like Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Jenna Dewan Tatum, and Erin Andrews were treated to guilty pleasures like McDonald's hash browns at tables adorned with elegant white floral arrangements. And while Kanye West was nowhere to be found, Teigen's husband John Legend stopped by later on to join the ladies, and was welcomed with a pink cake bearing his baby photo topped with a pink bow, in honor of the couple's future daughter.

Leave it to Teigen to have the coolest baby shower ever. The Kardashian-thrown party comes on the tail of Teigen's first shower earlier this month in New York City, which brought guests like Brooklyn Decker and Petra Nemcova together to feast on desserts only fitting for a princess-themed shower. As photos showed, Teigen and Legend greeted guests in matching paper crowns bedazzled with the words, "Baby Mama" and "Baby Daddy." Aww.

As for why Kardashian threw Teigen this second shower, the duo go way back; they've been seen out and about together at awards shows like the Grammys for several years and have plenty in common, including their love of churros. According to The New York Daily News, it was actually their husbands who brought them together, as West signed Legend to his production company while the latter was still in college. The two men have since collaborated together on singles like "One Man Can Change The World."

When it came to her baby shower, Teigen was clearly in good hands, because Kardashian certainly knew what she was doing. Last year, the star had an adorable Troop Beverly Hills -themed baby shower in honor of her son, Saint, and in 2013, guests were outfitted with goddess-like floral crowns for North's celebration. Teigen's shower, though, must've been especially exciting, as the star has been very open about her and Legend's struggles to get pregnant, and has gone on the record to back her decision to conceive via IVF. Earlier this year, Teigen told People that despite some backlash over the IVF decision, she and Legend have let nothing stand in the way of their excitement. "We’ve been together so long, and sometimes we look at each other and we’re like, 'I know everything about you and you know everything about me,' but we have no idea what we’re going to be like as parents. I think it’ll be really fun. I’m excited," the star said.
