Tristan Thompson’s cheating and paternity scandal may have happened all the way back in January, but fans didn’t see the extent of it until June 16’s Kardashians finale — and Khloé Kardashian said on Twitter, it “was definitely a tough episode” to revisit. But now that the dust has started to settle, is Kardashian dating anyone new?
An anonymous tip to celebrity gossip page Deuxmoi suggested as much — reportedly “another nba player,” in fact, according to a screenshot shared by family fan page @kardashiansocial on June 17. “Who knows if this is true and I know she doesn’t need anyone but I CANNOT WAIT for her to have someone like Kravis and Kete one day because I know she will!” reads the page’s caption.
Kardashian herself soon responded to the rumor, clarifying that it was “Definitely NOT True.” She was grateful for the page’s support, though — and provided an update on her dating life (or lack thereof) and motherhood. “I love you! Thank you for the nice wishes but I am not seeing a soul,” she added. “I am happy focusing on my daughter and myself for awhile.”
They seemed to be celebrating daughter True’s dance recital, as Kardashian mentioned it in an Instagram post from the day. “Today was incredible!” she wrote. “Our girls had their first dance recital and they were perfection!!!! I am so proud of all four of my girls!”
The outing comes one day after the debut of Thompson’s cameo in Drake’s “Falling Back” music video. He plays the best man in a wedding of 23 brides. “You only get married once,” the Chicago Bulls player says in the video — a premise that rubbed several viewers the wrong way, given his history of infidelity and the fact that Kardashian previously said on her show that marriage was “the end goal” with Thompson.
For the time being, though, Kardashian has confirmed that she’s happily single — but that may not mean she’s closed off to the idea of dating altogether. A source told People in March that she “truly seems over Thompson” and “is dating and feeling good about herself.”
