This weekend, celebrities will gather to walk the red carpet and attend an awards ceremony that celebrates the best entertainment of the year. No, it's not Oscar Sunday yet, don't panic; you still have a month to go before that big day. Rather, it's the 23rd annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, in which the performers in the country's largest union of actors get to vote on their own favorite stars of the big and small screens. As recently revealed by Deadline, one of the SAG Awards presenters is The Walking Dead star Steven Yeun. He'll be handing out a trophy alongside the likes of Mahershala Ali (Moonlight), Taraji P. Henson (Hidden Figures), Brie Larson (Room), and the kids of Stranger Things. But if you don't recognize the woman attending the SAG Awards with Yeun, that's because the TV actor recently got married. So who is Steve Yeun's wife, exactly?

Her name is Joana Pak, and she and Yeun got married in early December, as reported by The Huffington Post. Don't feel bad if you don't know her, though; they didn't meet on the set of TWD, so she's not an actress you'd recognize from that show. In fact, she's not an actress at all; according to THP, Pak is a professional photographer, as well as Yeun's "longtime girlfriend." The couple tied the knot just six weeks after the actor ended his six-season run on the popular AMC series, putting a bit of a silver lining on Glenn Rhee's gruesome fate.

And while Glenn's widow is expecting a baby on The Walking Dead, Pak herself is also pregnant with the couple's first child. So even if Glenn couldn't get the happy ending he deserved, it should be gratifying to fans to see Yeun himself attain the peace and happiness that eluded his character in the zombie apocalypse.

Tune in to the SAG Awards this Sunday, Jan. 29, at 8:00 p.m. ET on TNT or TBS, where The Walking Dead is nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series, its fifth consecutive nomination in the category. The AMC series has lost the award to Game Of Thrones every time, a streak that will likely remain due to that show's highly-acclaimed "Battle Of The Bastards" episode. But even if TWD loses again, Yeun has plenty to be happy about.
