Jefferson Grubbs

As a television writer for Bustle, Jefferson Grubbs has covered most of HBO's high-profile programming, including Game Of Thrones, Westworld, Big Little Lies, Sharp Objects, and The Leftovers. He can't wait to bring you more in-depth coverage of Watchmen, His Dark Materials, and the Game Of Thrones spinoff(s). He's also not ashamed to say he still follows and writes about Grey's Anatomy religiously, 15 years in. Jefferson earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from Northwestern University. In addition to writing for Bustle, he also recently founded his own awards season website, Thin Gold Line, where you can get your news on all things Oscar-related. When he's not writing about TV or awards ceremonies, he's teaching a film class on international, documentary, and independent cinema to students in Philadelphia. A proud cat-dad to Dagger and Willow, Jefferson spends his down time taking trapeze classes, singing in an a cappella group, running a book club, playing Super Smash Bros, and absolutely kicking ass at Game Of Thrones trivia. Follow him on Twitter at @MrScreenAddict, where he'll be stanning for Booksmart, Taron Egerton, and Oscar-winning actresses.
