Carly Waddell and Evan Bass spent some time in paradise to celebrate the upcoming arrival of their first child together. The Bachelor in Paradise newlyweds Carly and Even went on a babymoon to Maui, and the photos that the fan-favorite couple shared of their trip on Instagram will make you love them even more. In true Evan fashion, he channeled his inner goofball by posting a big thank you to "whichever Kardashian invented the babymoon." Meanwhile, Carly happily soaked up the sun and cracked jokes about she and the baby being in their "happy place."

As one of Bachelor Nation's true success stories, it's hard not to be enamored with Carly and Evan. Even before they announced that they're expecting a baby girl in February, they were already a sweet family. The couple lives in Nashville with Evan's three sons, Nathan, Liam, and Ensley, and they've been very open about sharing their lives with fans through social media.

It's been a big year for Carly and Evan. In June, they tied the knot in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, in a wedding officiated by Bachelor host, Chris Harrison. Then, in August, they revealed to People that they are expecting their first child together. The couple even shared a video of the gender reveal for their baby girl on Twitter.

Bachelor Nation has been with Carly and Evan every step of the way, so far, so it's no surprise that the duo gave their fans a peek at their babymoon shenanigans too.

It must be said that their babymoon looks like a glorious occasion. The relatively new tradition of couples getting away for a little bit of quality time before they welcome a new member to their family has led to some seriously adorable celebrity photos. Even with the bar set high, Carly and Evan's babymoon really delivers (cheesy pun intended).

Carly deserves most of the credit for sharing several shots of herself hanging out against the backdrop of the gorgeous Maui landscape. It's not hard to sell people on taking a vacation to Hawaii, but Carly's pictures will have you daydreaming about booking a ticket immediately. Just look at her ocean shot and try not envy the babymoon fun.

The couple deserves the time to relax before their bundle of joy arrives. Since baby will make four for Carly and Evan's blended family, they're sure to have their hands full. Their little girl isn't even the only Bachelor Nation little one in the family. Earlier this year, Carly's brother Zak Waddell, who appeared on Desiree Hartsock's season of The Bachelorette, welcomed a baby boy.

Given how close in age Zak and Carly's kids will be, the cousins will likely be best friends by the time they say their first words. Until the newest addition to the Waddell-Bass brood arrives, Carly and Evan seem to be enjoying their special time together as parents-to-be. Carly is even working on making new (feathered) friends.

Every time a Bachelor Nation couple has a baby it's exciting, but there's something extra special about Carly and Evan's news. Maybe it's because they seemed like such an unlikely pair when they first got together on Bachelor in Paradise, but ultimately it appears that they ended up being perfect for one another.

They even share a similar sense of humor, as evidenced by Carly's perfect jungle caption.

In her final photo from Maui, Carly wrote about having to say goodbye to Hawaii, but it seems clear that there are plenty of big adventures waiting for Carly and Evan back in Nashville.

The babymoon may be over, but the baby fun is just beginning for this couple.
