Congratulations, you've finally made it to Friday! You not only survived the work week, a slew of Trump tweets, and — if you live in the Northeast — a snowstorm, so props to you, fam. And now that it's finally the weekend, you deserve to sit back and relax (and watch Chance the Rapper hopefully make Grammys history on Sunday).
But before you settle into your weekend plans, here's everything you missed today and everything you need to know going into the weekend. Including last-minute Valentine's Day gift ideas and your chances of finding love before the most romantic day of the year. (You're welcome.)
Trump + Travel Ban Ruling
On Thursday night, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the ruling of a lower court to block Trump's travel ban from being implemented nationwide. And, unsurprisingly, he swiftly responded on Twitter.
While Trump was tweeting in all-caps, guns blazing, Hillary Clinton also responded to the court's decision with a simple, mic-drop tweet that's basically the definition of #goals.
LOL of the Day: On Friday, Trump met with Japanese prime minister Shinzō Abe and, thanks to a truly awkward introduction, Twitter is overrun with "Very Famous White House" memes & jokes that are giving us life today.
Kendall Jenner + NYFW
Is there any look Kendall Jenner can't pull off? The model debuted a brand new bob haircut at the La Perla fashion show at New York Fashion Week and this might be the new It-haircut of 2017.
Because if you're pretending you aren't trying to keep up with the Kardashians — you know you're just playing yourself.
Shopping Break: Whether Kendall's new chop is inspiring you to make a big hair change or you just want to give your hair a little love — here are 20 bizarre products to use in the shower if you want great hair.
It's right around the corner, people. If you're anything like me, you're probably not prepared — no plans made, no gifts bought, nothing. But, don't worry! You can still throw an epic Galentine's Day celebration or plan a last-minute date-night for your significant other.
If Valentine's Day isn't your thing, however, throw an anti-Valentine's Day party or stream one of these super sexy movies and treat yourself to your own box of chocolates — because you're allowed to celebrate (or not) any way you damn well please.
What to Watch: THE GRAMMYS! Sure, if awards shows aren't your thing, you're probably thinking about skipping it. But with a long list of great performers (even though Kanye West, Drake, and Justin Bieber won't be attending) and the prospect of Chance the Rapper making Grammys history (and performing!) the 2017 show is not to be missed!
Here's What to Expect This Weekend: Valentine's Day is right around the corner and whether you're planning to celebrate with your BFFs or have a romantic night with your significant other, here's what's written in the stars for your love life this weekend, based on your zodiac sign.
