As I tell my friends every time I give them a sex toy, "When you truly love someone, you want to give them the gift of orgasms." While I may not want to get in there and do it myself, I definitely have no problem in giving any of them a sex toy. To me, it's a celebration of female sexuality; something that I don't think is celebrated enough.

"In a time when we're all walking on eggshells with regards to what's appropriate sexually, we should be leaning into conversations about our sexual wellness with those we love now more than ever," Unbound’s CEO, Polly Rodriguez, tells Bustle.

While there are definitely some guidelines to giving a sex toy a friend — like you definitely want to get their consent first and, according to Rodriguez, the gift should "come from a place of love," but you also want to be clear about why you're giving the gift. "You're gifting a vibrator to a person in your life not because they need it," says Rodriguez, "but because they deserve it."

1Fifty Shades Freed Awash with Sensation Plug In Wand Vibrator

Lovehoney

Fifty Shades Freed Awash with Sensation Plug In Wand Vibrator, $150, Love Honey

Fun fact: I am completely in love with this toy. Not only is it the closest thing that I've gotten to the world-famous, life-changing Hitachi Magic Wand, but I can use it everywhere. It's not only great for clitoral stimulation, but my neck, my lower back, my head, my feet — everywhere! So this particular sex toy transcends just being a sex toy, therefore making it an excellent choice for any of your friends.

Yes, it's a little pricy, but your friends, especially that BFF who's always listening to your relationship woes, totally deserves it.

2Queen Bee

Babeland

Queen Bee, $149, Babeland

Although it may look like a large hair brush without bristles, the Queen Bee is intense. Like, really intense. Normally, I have to put my vibrator up to the middle vibration, but not with this one. With Queen Bee, I got off quite easily with the lowest setting, leading to orgasms galore. So, yes, your friend wants this and will love you for it. Forever.

3Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit

Satisfyer

Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit, $100, Love Honey

Another one that I totally support as an ideal gift (yes, I've been busy trying out sex toys for the last couple weeks specifically for Valentine's Day), is the Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit. This new product, with the G-spot Rabbit, takes satisfaction to a whole new level: we're talking clitoral and G-spot stimulation at the same time kind of level. What this means is that this one toy alone is upping your chances at a having a blended orgasm. Can you imagine what such a gift would mean to your friend? I mean... I don't even think there are words for it

4Bunny Kiss Platinum Edition

Babeland

Bunny Kiss Platinum Edition, $23, Babeland

If you're looking at all these gifts so far and thinking, "I love my friend, but are you effing kidding me with these prices," then first of all, I totally hear you and secondly, there are affordable toys out there, sex toys that are even less than $25, that will make for great Valentine's Day gifts for your friends. This Bunny Kiss, for example, for only $23, satisfies just as much as its more expensive big sister, the iconic Rabbit vibrator, with its bunny ears stimulating the clitoris, while the shaft goes deep for G-spot stimulation.

5Dame Products' Eva II

Dame Products

Eva II, $135, Dame Products

It was just two months ago when I declared that Dame Product's Eva II was the "best sex toy to give yourself" for the holiday season. Well, now I'm back to tell you it's time to give one to your friends, too — because I'm assuming you took my advice and got one for yourself.

Although Dame temporarily ran out of Eva II around the holiday season, because their products are that fantastic, they have plenty back in stock. While it's marketed as a couple's toy, it still works when you're rolling solo. In fact, I've enjoyed it more often solo than with a partner — but it still feels pretty great with a partner, too.

6Desire Remote Control Knicker Vibrator

Lovehoney

Desire Remote Control Knicker Vibrator, $100, Lovehoney

Once again, we have another product that I've been enjoying perhaps a little too much. This Knicker Vibrator fits perfectly in your undies and thanks to its remote control, you can give yourself a little somethin' special. I figure, if I'm going to be writing about sex and sex products all day, I might as well break up the day with orgasms while sitting at my desk — because masturbation is the only sure thing in my life. While this one can be used with a partner, if your friend has a partner, similar to Eva II, you really don't need a second person to enjoy it. That remote control, with eight speeds and 12 patterns, really does it all for you.

7b-Vibe Snug Plugs

b-Vibe

Snug Plugs, $55, b-Vibe

While anal play may not be something everyone is into, if you so have a friend like me who is open about anal play and even writes about how much she loves it, then b-Vibe is where you want to turn for that friend. If you're into anal play, I suggest you also check out their goodies. They have a lot of great bundles of toys for both beginners and anal pros.

8Jimmyjane Iconic Smoothie

Babeland

Jimmyjane Iconic Smoothie, $20, Babeland

Because you have rent, credit card bills, and maybe even some student loans still hanging over your head, here's another toy that falls in a lower price bracket — and it's a Jimmyjane product, so you know it's made to satisfy. With a turn of the dial the speed can be adjusted and although it may not look as high-tech as some of these other toys, it definitely gets the job done and that's all that matters.

9Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration

Satisfyer

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration, $90, Lovehoney

For those friends who aren't into penetrative sex toys and like to keep things on the outside of their body, the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration, that also uses the air pulse technology, is the perfect alternative to the Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit above. It feels just as intense, totally stimulating the clitoris in a way that feels similar to oral sex, but without the penetration aspect.

10Chakrubs' The Original Heart

Chakrubs

The Original Heart, $150, Chakrubs

For the hippy friend who would rather do without the electronically charged toys, Chakrubs is where you want to go. These products are supposed to heal while stimulating; the rose quartz, in particular, is supposed to carry "a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort."

But if you're thinking $150 is a bit out of your price range, even for your hippy friend, then the Rose Bud Yoni Egg, at $65, will be a bit easier on your wallet.

11Womanizer 2GO

Womanizer

Womanizer 2GO, $139, Adam&Eve

For that friend who's always traveling, the greatest sex toy you can give her is the Womanizer 2GO. Just as delicious as the original Womanizer, with the PleasureAir stimulator that made Womanizer so famous, and it being so slick that it doesn't even look like a sex toy, it's the perfect choice for that jet-setting friend. Not a single person in the TSA will think it's anything but lipstick or perfume.

12LELO SONA Cruise

LELO

LELO SONA Cruise, $79, LELO

The SONA Cruise boasts that it stimulates 75 percent more of your clitoris for “a feeling that will change your life,” according to LELO’s website. If you really love your friend, you probably want to change her life for the better and with this 75 percent factor, it definitely makes that $79 bucks seem worth it.

13Crave Vesper

Babeland

Crave Vesper, $69 - $149, Babeland

For as long as I live and breathe, I will always put the Crave Vesper on every sex toy list for friends. For starters, it's not just a vibrator, but a really cool looking necklace, and secondly, I'm really hoping that one of my friends will buy this for me someday. Granted, I could buy it for myself, but I really love unwrapping gifts. So for that friend who loves to wear her sexuality around her neck, there is no greater gift than the Crave Vesper.

There you go! 13 fantastic Galentine's Day and Valentine's Day sex toy options for the equally fantastic friends in your life.
